Welcome to Sean Nemazie Update Blog!
There has been no change in Sean’s condition. But, there have been once again, some encouraging signs. Sean was subtly blinking with his eyelids….not quite opening his eyes but it sure looked like he was trying. He also picked his head up off the pillow today and held it up about 10 seconds. While it may not seem like much, it is a far cry from where he was a couple days ago. Frank and Kathy are very upbeat and I think everyone feels like all these little encouraging signs will result in breakthrough soon.
The swelling on Sean’s head has also gone down dramatically….another good sign.
The Nemazie Shout Out of the Day
Goes to Amanda Weigand! Amanda is the 11 year old daughter of Frank and Kathy’s neighbors, Rob and Gail Weigand. Amanda asked her entire religious group to pray for Sean. Way to go Amanda! That is very brave and compassionate act for such a young girl.
Please feel free to leave comments on the update. Or, leave a note or story for Sean. I think you can even post a picture you may have with Sean.
Keep praying….more to come tomorrow.
Steve
Glad to hear that Sean is progressing. If anyone has the strength and fortitude to get through this, it is Sean. He is strong, smart, determined, and competitive. With the support and love from Frank, Kathy, Timmy and the entire community his healing process has an excellent starting point. Dave Nemazie
ReplyDeleteYou are all in our hearts and on our minds. We are all praying for Sean everyday. He is an amazing young man someone who has always displayed a special grace under pressure. Winning or losing, Sean was a rock; competitive and strong, sweet and intelligent. We have spent many years watching our kids grow up together. Your sitting next to me at games meant more to me than you can imagine. I know Sean is tough and will come through this better than ever.
ReplyDeletePulling for Sean all day everyday! Every bit of positive news fuels hope and with hope anything is possible. I'm very thankful for the support the Robbinsville community has provided Frank, Kathy, Sean & Timmy. It means so much!
ReplyDeleteFrank, I am in London and saw this on the WWP website. I have been thinking and praying for Sean and your family for the past week. All the best and hopefully I will see you soon.
ReplyDeleteSean is on our minds every day. We continue to pray for his speedy recovery. Steven sends his best. Keep the faith...

ReplyDeleteFrank and Kathy are two amazing people, we know where Sean gets his good looks, his drive, compassion and strength from. Sean we love you and are praying daily for a speedy recovery. We are with you with every step you take....and if and when you are tired, we'll carry you. We know you can and will do it, just like you commit to everything else you do. You and Jay owe your dad and I a rematch in golf. Please be easy on us this time.....last time was kind of embarrassing for us..... With all of our love and good wishes The Rubinstein family
